NOTD ~ Blue Sparkles Forever

My nail of the day is a combination of Rimmel Lasting Finish Fuel with a layer of SinfulColors Hottie.  I think I am addicted to this routine of dark opaque colors coupled with glittery ones on top!  I am seeing my nail polish potential multiply exponentially with this new trend of mine...
